How to solve out the problem when Dragonfly-jet show " NON GENUINE"error?

Sometimes the machine will show"NON GENUINE" error message at the screen after you change the ink cartridges or do the reset on the cartridge chips as following , that means the chips is recognized by the cartridge, but you still need to refresh the program of the printer again. Please do as following:
1.  Press down arrow button 5 times.
 
2. Press the left arrow to choose"YES" when the LCD show "YES-------NO"message after press 5 times down arrow button.
 
3. Then press down arrow button 5 times again when the screen show"DAMAGE FROM"
'
 
4. Please press left arrow button when screen show "ACPI DECLINE"
 
5. Screen will show"PLEASE WAIT"after previous step.
 
6. You have done succeed when the screen show "READY"
